What does OfferPath actually do?
We assign you a virtual assistant (a real human, named in your dashboard) who reads job descriptions, picks the right resume from your three uploads, submits applications on your behalf, and logs a receipt for every one. You pay $299 once for 200 applications. There's no subscription.
Is this an AI bot?
It's an AI + human hybrid, and that's the point. AI does the heavy lifting: searching platforms, matching you to relevant roles, and drafting against ATS keywords at a volume you couldn't sustain alone. But unlike pure-automation tools, a real person on your team reviews every application before it's sent. You can review each one yourself or let your team run on autopilot. You stay in control.
How do I know the applications actually went out?
Open the tracker, click any row. You'll see the live job posting URL, the exact minute it was submitted, the platform it was found on, and the name of the VA who handled it. You can verify the listing is still up. That's the receipt for every one of your 200 applications.
How fast does it start?
A VA is assigned to your account within 12 hours of signup. First applications typically go out same day or next morning, then 5 to 15 per day until you hit 200.
What if I get hired before you finish the pack?
We refund the unused applications at the per-application rate. That's the Job Offer Guarantee: it's not a marketing line, it's a refund mechanism. Accepting a written offer during your active pack equals a prorated refund for unsent applications.
Why does my credit card statement say "ScaleUp Ventures"?
ScaleUp Ventures, LLC is the company that runs OfferPath. Card processors require the legal entity name on statements. Every charge is for your OfferPath account.
Can I review applications before they go out?
Yes. Set your account to review mode for high-priority companies (Google, Apple, etc.) and autopilot for everything else. Most candidates run on autopilot once they've seen the first ten receipts.
What happens when I hit 200?
We pause. Your dashboard, tracker, Q&A profile, and full application history stay live. If you want to keep going, you buy another pack. If you've landed something, you don't. There's nothing to cancel because there's nothing recurring.
